Ottawa Basement Flood Protection

Three systems, One protected home

In partnership with

Each device addresses a different source of water. We help homeowners understand their options and choose the appropriate protection for their property.

Backwater Valves

Designed to help prevent sewage from flowing backward through your sanitary sewer connection and into basement fixtures during a sewer surcharge.

Storm Backwater Valves

Help prevent municipal stormwater from backing up into connected foundation drainage systems, reducing the risk of additional water pressure against the foundation.

Sump Pumps

Collect and pump groundwater away from your foundation & reduces hydrostatic pressure created under your home during a flood event. Systems may include a discharge check valve, appropriate venting where required, and optional battery backup.

Real installations. Clean finished results.
